the staff was friendly and helpful, accommodating all needs during my short stay.

i found the room disappointing considering the hotel's supposed luxury rating. the furniture arrangement did not really maximize the space, and i noticed the cleaning service forgot to replace the hand towels one day (i found that odd). also, the breakfast hours didn't suit my early departure, and there weren't many options available to take away.

the beautiful suite had fine artistic design and was immaculate, i loved the artistic details everywhere. the location made it walkable to everything, so convenient. the staff were very helpful, arranged a tour of the murano glass factory with private transport. it was a lovely, wonderful experience!!!!

the breakfast was very basic, i expected a bit more variety for a hotel of this standard, but otherwise everything was perfect.

The bathroom felt small, lacking the expected five-star comfort. The room layout did not fully utilize the canal-side windows. Cleaning services sometimes missed replacing hand towels.

The hotel location was acceptable because it was a short walk to the train station. Avoiding the need to drag luggage across bridges WAS helpful.

The bathroom was too small. The toilet space felt very tight and lacked the luxury I expect. The furniture arrangement did NOT take advantage of the canal-side windows. The cleaning services failed to replace all hand towels.
